1 - CONTRACT: CUSTOMER and VIDEOS 2B sign a service agreement covering shipment, payment, and delivery terms.

2 - CREATIVE: Once materials have arrived and payment is cleared, VIDEOS 2B begins the script development process.

3 - VALIDATION: CUSTOMER and VIDEOS 2B approve the script, message, and soundtrack for the videos.

4 - FILMING: After validation of the script, music, and talent, VIDEOS 2B begins video and photo production.

5 - DELIVERY: VIDEOS 2B delivers the videos and photos within 10 working days after validation.

5. How long does it take to complete a video from start to finish?

For most projects, we require a minimum of 10 working days to deliver the first video draft. Productions involving multiple locations may take longer, and a detailed timeline will be included in the contract.

6. Can I request changes after the video is delivered?

Our SPEED CONTENT package allows for one free revision on editing. Other packages offer free revisions for the main videos. However, vertical stories or reshoots are not included unless there’s an error due to product misuse during filming.

We provide the script, including text proposals, and the customer approves the text for each scene. Text fonts and animations are also selected in advance by the customer.

8. Are the raw shots included in the package, and how can I use them?
